THE Challange
Developing this app required an entirely different set of competencies as it has to be developed for specific purposes. The client wanted a simple and responsive native app that offers a great user experience along with better performance, and accessibility.
Wetruck is a third-party mobile logistic app that helps multiple shipping companies to create, manage and track their shipments in real-time. Developing this app required in-depth market research and vast expertise in the field.

When we got this project we already knew it was going to take a lot of time hence, to get things done in less time with leaving no room for errors and mistakes, we initiated with app idea validation. During this process, we got a clear understanding of where exactly the Wetruck app fits in the market and we created our strategy to develop it.
Without wasting any time we started executing our development plan which was majorly based on the three different stages: design, development, and support. The first two phases took more than usual time but our testing associates covered all the differences we were getting in time by picking up the speed. Eventually, we were able to serve the best quality app to the client on the promised time.
